What is your role at your company?

I support our franchise system as well as the Home Office in all of their technology needs, including training, troubleshooting and day-to-day questions about our website, email and our proprietary software.

What's the first thing you do when you get to the office?

I check email and respond to all customer requests first.

What do you feel are the most challenging aspects of your job?

I feel like I need to solve every problem, even when I don't have the resources, either in knowledge or monetarily. I never want to let anyone down with an "I can't or I don't know."

What do you like best about working with TribeAgency?

Working with Tribe is great because there is a set process for all communications. Questions and requests are always answered promptly.

What do you feel are the benefits of working with TribeAgency over other Agencies?

I have not had the opportunity to work with our previous web team, but again, Tribe is very clear in their communications, with great insight and tips for better helping our franchisees and for better solving any problems with our site.

Who is someone you have looked to as a role model?

My grandmother was a terrific role model. She never, ever stopped working hard for her family no matter how many times she was let down or obstacles got into her way.

What is your most frustrating pet peeve?

I do not like it when people constantly change their minds, especially when an alternate decision was made and time was wasted.

If you could live in any era in the past, when would you live?

I would like to live during the time of Queen Elizabeth because so many things were changing in Europe at that time.

What is your favorite non-work activity?

I love to run! And spending time with my kids is also a favorite!

If you could be in any other career, what would it be, and why?

I would definitely be a high school teacher! I love watching the light bulb turn on for any person, but with kids, they are genuinely excited when they learn something new, especially when they were thinking they couldn't do this "thing" before.

What famous or historically significant person would you most like to meet?

I would like to meet Jesus and His mother.

If you were ruler of the world for a day, what would you do?

I would make sure that every child in the world went to sleep from that night and forward with a full tummy and someone to tuck them in with love.
