This Month's Studio Rumble: Best Kitchen Gadget
Tribester Opinions
Best Kitchen Gadget for me is my Panini Maker which I guess is also nifty in that it converts to a griddle but I never it use it for that as I'm all about whipping up a new sandwich creation just about every day.

I think the new breed of single shot coffee/cappuccino makers is a pretty cool gadget if you want to call it that. It allows you just make a single serving on demand which is great for the individual. The system can accommodate a wide variety of flavored coffees, teas and cappuccinos which great for flexibility. Now if it could only kick out coffee as good as Dunkin Donuts...

The latest in a long line of culinary objects-of-my-affection is my immersion blender. I use it for so many things - pureeing soups, blending salad dressings, chopping up cilantro for chutney - all without the cleanup hassle of a regular blender!

I vote for the pasta roller attachment for my Kitchen Aid mixer. It clicks right into the mixer and is ready to go. There are three units: one for flat sheets, one for wide noodles and one for thin round noodles. It works well for pasta and any noodle-type product including perogies.
Word on the street is that there is a meat grinder/sausage maker attachment also available. Of course, having one of those in the house would really change my weekends.

This is a tough one for me because I have so many that I use on a regular basis. If I had to pick just one I would go with my juicer. It gets the maximum amount of juice out of any fruit or vegetable (to include spinach), all I have to do is drop it down the chute and all the work is done. It's easy to clean and take apart so making my own fruit and vegetable juices is a cinch.
