Baby Planet's mission is to provide products that improve the quality time you spend with your child.

Trisha Lustig, Director of Marketing for Baby Planet

What is your role at your company?

My title is Director of Marketing...I take care of anything from website maintenance to product instruction sheets to PR.

What's the first thing you do when you get to the office?

I like to plan my day and set my to do list before I get bombarded by e-mails and calls.

What do you feel are the most challenging aspects of your job?

Lately it's been taking an idea and making it happen it real life. I'm not the best with logistics and numbers. I'm more the visionary type, so that tends to take me out of my comfort zone when I have to implement an idea.

What do you like best about working with TribeAgency?

I LOVE how easy they are to work with. I've never felt the need to "hand hold" them like I have with other creative agencies. They've embraced us and we've embraced them. We see them more as an extension of our team.

What do you feel are the benefits of working with TribeAgency over other Agencies?

They are very creative and very dependable. If they say they can do something, they will make it happen. There's no run-around.

Who is someone you have looked to as a role model?

My Father...he's always works so hard at everything he does and isn't afraid to learn something new.

What is your most frustrating pet peeve?

When people don't go directly to the right source to get their information. Why bother me, when I can't help you?

If you could live in any era in the past, when would you live?

I've always thought I should've been raised in the 50's and 60's. Drive-ins, sock hops and doo-wops...that's where it's at!

What is your favorite non-work activity?

Going to the water park with my daughter...she's 2 and is such the water bug! Reminds me of me when I was her age.

If you could be in any other career, what would it be, and why?

I would love to be an architect. I love all sorts of architecture, but my favorite is prairie-style. One day I'd love to build my own green home.

What famous or historically significant person would you most like to meet?

I have this weird thing about meeting people (such as celebrities or the idea of meeting people from the past), I tend to like the image of them that I have in my head more than the actual person. So I avoid wanting to really meet anyone, so as to not ruin that image. I guess I don't like disappointment.

If you were ruler of the world for a day, what would you do?

Tell everyone to take a vacation!
